Mitch spent four years working next to 2017 PGA of America Teacher of the year, David Leadbetter as his first assistant. Mitch alongside David, directly helped to train some of the world's best talent including Ernie Els, Trevor Immelman, Danielle Kang, Lydia Ko, Suzann Pettersen, Michelle Wie and Charles Howell.
Along with being a great Instructor, Mitch caddied all over the world for tour winner Ben Taylor, including caddying in the British Open.
