Three books of fiction: The Green Suit (a collection of interlinked stories), Judge (a novel), and The Typewriter Satyr (a novel); all published in the first decade of this century. They are set in Kentucky (where I grew up), New York (where I lived for fourteen years), and Madison (where I have lived for the past thirty years). Among the characters are a federal judge, a ventriloquist, an editorial assistant at a New York publishing house, a typewriter repairman, and the vitamin pill-popping, Jesus-loving mother of two difficult children. I have signed the books. One of the paperback editions of The Green Suit is included as a bonus.
