Reiki is a channeling of energy that sends healing energy directly to where it is needed. 

Reiki has incredible benefits to the body such as relieve aches and pains and regulate nervous system; benefits to the mind such as boost your mood and shift your perspective; and benefits to the spirit such as clarify soul's purpose and third eye activation.

Reiki can be done with light touch or no touch at all. Can also be done via zoom.
