The tools of Ayurveda are powerful in both preventing disease in those who are healthy and curing disease in those who are ill. The practice of Ayurveda involves working with all five senses utilizing diet, color, aroma, sound, yoga, meditation and much more to restore harmony and balance.

The first step on your path to optimal health begins with an Initial Consultation. This consultation will include an intake and assessment where I collect all the information. This is followed by a report of findings meeting where I introduce the basics of Ayurveda as well as describe your unique body type and recommendations to bring you back into balance. This package also includes one follow up visit where I check in on the progress of the recommendations and make adjustments. In this process I act as your lifestyle and diet coach.
