What started out as a hobby turned into a family business in 2008. Roman, Ruth & their three daughters began making doughnuts & pretzels at farmers markets & festivals in Northeast Tennessee. It wasn't long until the local community fell in love. We first worked out of tents, moved to food trucks & now have a shop in Limestone, TN and a shop in Johnson City, TN. Every batch of doughnuts & pretzels are handmade using quality ingredients & made fresh daily. We are known for our classic vanilla glazed doughnuts & soft buttery pretzels, & we've also been adding more specialty flavors since we've opened our doughnut shop.
