Enjoy not one but four bottles of wine from Quarry Ridge winery located on Cayuga Lake. Wines are listed below.........
2020 Dry Rose: A juice blend of 50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Lemberger fruit hand harvested and sorted from Seneca Lake. The berries were allowed to soak in the press for a few hours prior to pressing and blending the juice to promote ruby color. Tasting notes of sour cherry, raspberries with cream, and pink grape fruit on the finish.
2020 Dry Riesling: Hand harvested fruit from the Doyle Family Vineyard on Keuka Lake. Prolonged, steady fermentation over the course of a month allows complex aromatics to develop. Initial notes of blue spruce on the nose, followed by hints of limestone, citrus zest, apple and lavender with a crisp, clean finish.
