Two bottles of 2021 Dry Riesling: Hand harvested and sorted fruit from the Doyle Family Vineyard is the foundation for this delicious and racy Dry Riesling. Up front aromatics of blue spruce and flowers give way to surprising amount of fruit notes including apricot, orange zest, and lemon peel. Bright with great acidity on the palate with a lingering soft finish.
Two Bottles of 2021 Dry Rose: A blend of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Lemberger all from Seneca Lake. Secondary fermentation of the Pinot Noir gives this blend a beautiful, soft mouthfeel and texture. Big aroma and tasting notes of strawberry rhubarb pie and ruby red grapefruit up front give way to hints of star anise and cranberry. A bold and distinctive take on Fingerlakes Rose.
