McKENZIE RIVER
The McKenzie River is an Oregon classic for rafters and for good reason. With crystal clear water swiftly moving by a tree lined river bank full of fun rapids the excitement never stops on this scenic rafting trip. You can choose between two different sections, the upper and lower which both offer mild but consistent rapids, great for family trips. The cool water makes for some great swimming even in the heat of the summer.
With lots of other activities to do in the area the McKenzie River is a great trip to try an overnight on. With a car-camp style of staying in a forest service campground and getting the opportunity to run both sections of the river, you will get the chance to fully experience this Oregon classic river rafting trip. The lower section of the river is great chance to try an inflatable kayak and the great fishing from the banks of the shore, mean there is plenty to do other than just rafting.
