The food of Thailand is a perfect balance of hot, sour, salty, and sweet. Each dish is packed with fresh herbs, crunchy vegetables, and rich spice. In this class, we'll use simple and fresh ingredients to create our favorite classic Thai dishes. This class is permitted for individuals 18 years and older.
Menu: Tom Kha Gai, Pad Thai, Thai Shrimp Omelet, Peanut Sauce, Thai Green Curry

Harvest Pumpkin Cooking – Hands On
Thu, October 27, 6:00pm – 8:30pm
If you thought pumpkin was only good in pie, think again! In this class, we'll create beautiful harvest dishes using a bounty of fresh vegetables and pumpkin in each one. Learn about the different varieties and how to cook them up in tasty, savory foods. This class is permitted for individuals 18 years and older.
Menu: Wild Rice and Sausage Stuffed Pumpkins, Thai Pumpkin Curry, Roasted Pumpkin and Quinoa Salad, Pumpkin Risotto, Spiced Pumpkin Crepes with Chocolate

Dumplings 101 – Hands On 
Thu, November 3, 6:00pm-8:30pm 
Come to this fun class to learn techniques on how to create the filling and the wrappers for three unique dumplings from around the globe. Each dumpling recipe made in this class is easy to recreate at home and excellent for gatherings or weeknight dinners alike! This class is permitted for individuals 18 years and older. 
Menu: Shiitake Potstickers, Sweet Potato and Ricotta Pierogies with Caramelized Onions, Pork and Cheese Pupusas with Spicy Slaw, Spanakopita with Lemon Yogurt 
 

Fresh Pasta Workshop – Hands On 
Tues, November 8, 6:00pm-8:30pm 
Fresh pasta is a wonder and a joy to eat, and it's easy to do at home. Join us to learn how to create fresh pasta dough, which we'll roll and cut into fettuccine and use for ravioli. We'll also create two sauces that are delicious and simple to make. This class is permitted for individuals 18 years and older. 
Menu: Fresh Fettuccine, Butternut Squash and Ricotta Ravioli, The Best Tomato Sauce, Sausage, Kale and Ricotta Sauce 
 
 
Taste of Spain – Hands On

Spain is famous for its uncomplicated food and simple ingredients. Learn how to put together fresh and regional foods to create delicious, rich, classic Spanish favorites. This class is permitted for individuals 18 years and older.
Menu: Shrimp in Garlic Sauce, Chicken and Vegetable Paella, Crispy Artichoke Salad, Flourless Orange and Almond Cake
 
Street Food Around the World – Hands On 
Thu, December 1, 6:00pm-8:30pm
No matter how different the cuisine from cultures around the globe, there is one thing in common: delicious food, meant to be eaten while on the go. These tasty morsels tend to be the best each cuisine has to offer. These foods are great for weeknight cooking and entertaining alike. Come to this hands-on class and learn how to make the following dishes. This class is permitted for students 18 years and older.
Menu: Thai chicken satay with peanut sauce, Colombian arepas with pico de gallo, Middle Eastern falafel with creamy tahini sauce, Indian Pani Puri with Tamarind Sauce, French crepes with chocolate
 
Instant Pot – Hands On

Instant Pot is the latest craze to hit the culinary scene and we love ours! If you are afraid to take yours out of the box, or want to find out what Instant Pot is all about, come to this fun and informative hands-on class. This class is permitted for individuals 18 years and older.
