Precision Fitness is an appointment-only, one-on-one personal training studio owned and operated by Lena Hart. Not only will you have a 60 minute in studio assessment of your exercise, eating patterns and daily habits to help empower you, but you will also received two 60 minute in studio personal training sessions. Lena is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and will help you get your body going!
