Natural Resource Inventory for your property Lot #13
MHLC's Stewardship Director, Marshall Lefebvre, will donate his time and expertise to complete a comprehensive natural resource inventory of the winning bid’s property. Digital and hard copies of the report will be delivered within 1 calendar year.

- Soils and Slopes Maps (NRCS soil surveys)

- Zoning and tax maps (as available
- Inventory of observed flora and fauna, with native/non-native designation
- Habitat description
- Significant natural community descriptions
- Inclusion of relevant municipal or state zoning and/or restrictions
- Consultation for trail systems, restoration, or management plans

Field work will consist of one or two 8-hour site visits, depending on the size of the area. Flora and fauna surveys will be conducted once in the spring, and once in the fall/late summer.
Location must be within 1-days drive time of Albany, NY.
