You and up to 6 of your friends are invited to join Dr. Eric Molho on a guided birding walk in Spring 2027. You and Eric will choose a location within an hour driving distance from Albany. Participants should be willing to get an early start in the morning. Dates subject to Eric's availability. 

Dr. Eric Molho is a local physician and avid bird watcher.  He started bird watching while on vacation in Martha's Vineyard because of the lucky coincidence of an active Prairie warbler nest just off the deck of his cottage rental and the availability of a Peterson “Eastern Birds” field guide left out for guests on the living room table.  Eric was lucky enough to learn field birding skills from local birding legends such as Walt Sabin, Robert Budliger, William Lee and Richard Guthrie.  Dr. Molho continues to devote his professional time to running the Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center at Albany Medical Center.  When free time allows, he enjoys local birding hotspots in spring and fall migration as well as participating in Christmas Bird Counts.  He feels extremely lucky to have been able to enjoy birding in Central and South America with his favorite experiences being 4 trips to the bird paradise of Colombia and his most recent trip to Southeast Brazil where excellent birding turned into a legendary experience with an unexpected Jaguar encounter in the Pantanal.
