Monterra sleeps five persons and has Two air-conditioned King bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. The lower bedroom has one King bed and one Twin bed. The upper bedroom has one King bed and a large sofa.
Located on a 1/2 acre private BEACHFRONT property in front of the famous Troncones left surf break. Just walk out onto the sandy beach to swim, surf, and snorkel directly in front of the Villa.

Monterra has a full kitchen, wraparound living and veranda areas, dining table with seating for ten, sofas, a desk, and seating at the kitchen bar. It is furnished with fabulous tropical furnishings, art, and has a private outdoor patio with grilling area.
