Approximately 1,000 of the 2021 graduates, enrolled in the District’s three (3) high schools who are on the free and reduced lunch program, do not have the financial resources to purchase their graduation cap, gown, and tassel. The graduates complete an application, which is reviewed by the Winning Combination Committee.
