Hamilton Touchless was started 27 years ago by Lindsay and John Bergdale to provide exterior car washes on Sioux City’s north side. Since then, Hamilton Touchless has washed at least a couple million cars. The car wash has a large following and is set apart from other car washes in the area because of it has the only Touchless tunnel in town and provides a safe and gentle wash process. Glenn Waid, who was hired shortly after the opening, later became a partner and has played a vital role in all facets of the business. Over time, the car wash has added the underground fence, auto sales and detailing aspects. Doing its part in the community it serves, Hamilton Touchless has always strived to support local charities, nonprofits and armed services organizations.
