This glass collage, created by participants of our IMPACT Innovation program, showcases vibrant colored fragments representing the diverse personalities of the IMPACT innovation associates at the University of Cincinnati. 

Arranged to symbolize unity and collaboration, the piece features both abstract patterns and elements of the UC community. It celebrates inclusivity and teamwork, highlighting how individuals with IDD can creatively contribute to a shared artistic vision.
