This delicious collection boasts three fantastic wines from Domaine Serene.


Borrowed from the Domaine Serene website, the 2017 ‘Evenstad Reserve’ Pinot Noir offers a complete harmonious experience for the senses. A deep ruby hue resulting from a long, gentle extraction entices. The nose reveals bursting aromas of fresh blackberry and cherry compote. On the palate, the wine undulates with a velvety texture and composed tannins, with a crescendo of flavors from exotic spice, forest underbrush, freshly-cut mushrooms and dark fruit. Another truly exquisite offering to enjoy now, but also to cellar for graceful aging.


The 2018 Chardonnay perfectly showcases the best of each vineyard that goes into the compelling blend. An enticing tropical medley of kiwi and yellow peach act as the melody, with high notes of white flower and fresh linen. The oak treatment is flawlessly integrated, with a lingering minerality and salinity completing the symphony. This wine will certainly deserve a place in the cellar of the discerning collector of fine Chardonnays.


‘r’ Rosé version XII is an opulent dry wine that achieves a graceful balance of bright freshness and complexity upon release. Using grapes from our prestigious vineyards, we artfully blend to obtain elegance while focusing on expressive aromatics and vibrant fruit flavors. ‘r’ Rosé is not vintage specific. Rather, it is a Rosé built to evolve and enhance throughout the year by using prior vintage barrel-aged wines that provide rich and round characters on the palate.

‘r’ Rosé version XII reveals a lush pale-rose hue, with aromas of blooming lilacs, exotic fruit, and hints of watermelon and hibiscus notes. This fresh and vibrant rosé veils the palate with silky texture and elegant acidity, focusing the wine through a delightful and lingering finish.
