Each box consists of 6lbs of Ground Beef, 3 Premium Steaks (Tenderloin, Ribeye, KC, or New York), 2 Table Steaks (Flank, Skirt, Loin Tip, or Round), 1 package of ribs (short or cross-cut) and 1 Roast (Chuck, Rump, or Brisket).
