1999 Spring Mountain Reserve:
Spring Mountain Vineyard Estate Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich, delicious wine that can be enjoyed immediately or allowed to mature for years to come. Aromas of black tea, incense, raspberry, and cassis are at the forefront, backed by a palate of plum, boysenberry, toasted oak, and lavender. Bright and youthful, the plentiful tannins ensure that this wine will be excellent no matter when you enjoy it.
Chateau Mont-Redmon:
"The base wine, the 2018 Châteauneuf Du Pape has a healthy ruby/purple color to go with its classic Southern Rhône notes of ripe red and black fruits, lots of earthy garrigue, some ground pepper, and a touch of minerality. All this carries over to the palate, where the wine is medium to full-bodied and beautifully balanced, with a great mid-palate and sweet tannins.
Papillon wine:
The 2019 Papillon pours a neon crimson and settles into a dark core with a ruby rim—crimson through and through. Aromatically, the wine opens with powerful notes of blackberry, kirsch, coastal sagebrush and evolves into ripe pluot and roasted fig.
