Van Brunt Stillhouse takes a time honored traditional approach to distilling, sourcing wheat, rye and corn directly from upstate New York farmers and making every spirit from scratch in the waterfront neighborhood of Red Hook. The Tasting Room serves craft cocktails made with their spirits and a selection of New York State beer, cider and wine. Their tour takes you through their production process and includes a tasting of their 4 flagship whiskies plus one Distiller’s Edition limited release.
