Inspired by the bars of Rio de Janeiro, Miss Favela’s casual decor is full of beautiful details. It’s known in the NY Brazilian music scene for its quality programming, with amazing artists representing different musical genres, such as Forró, Samba, and Pagode.

For nostalgic and curious palates, the restaurant features a menu filled with Brazilian staples, including Moqueca de Peixe, Tutu a Mineira, and Feijoada. Also on the menu are Brazilian appetizers: coxinha, frango a passarinho, bolinho de bacalhau, pão de queijo; and Brazil’s official drink, the delicious Capirinha.
