Just in time for the holidays! Home cook Albert Sotelo makes his robust lasagna in deep 9x13 pans for parties and holidays. His creamy take on this classic includes a robust homemade tomato-onion-garlic meat sauce blending ground beef and pork sausage. Instead of ricotta cheese, he layers in besciamella (Italian)/ béchamel (French) - a thickened sauce of milk with a roux of butter and flour. This sauce combined with the pasta noodles, meat sauce and mozzarella makes for creamy layers of lasagna deliciousness.


Dimensions: 13-1/4"L x 9-5/8"W x 2-3/4"H aluminum foil pan. Serves 8-10.


Winning bidder will be put in contact with Chef to make arrangements. Lasagna order must be scheduled in advance and freshly prepared lasagna tray to be picked up by bidder from Rosemead location within 3 months of the auction closing date, February 12, 2021. Oven baking directions will be included for you to bake at home so you achieve fresh, piping hot lasagna and the most important part: the thick burnt top layer of cheese that everyone wants more of! Easy to bake and ready to serve in under an hour. Will include fresh basil to top it off. Mama mia!
