Pluto Catching Neptune

The planet Neptune is part of the Solar Installation of the sun and planets along the Animas River Trail. This bronze sculpture is located just south of the La Plata County Humane Society. Molly, who is admiring Pluto, is a rescue at the shelter. 

Pluto was modeled after Gunner, also a rescue, by sculptor Suzie Grimm.

This bronze limited edition is available for purchase for $4250, which includes foundry cost and a donation to the shelter of $2,000.
