My name is Veronica Granados and I am a person in long term recovery from multiple years of substance use. I have experienced homelessness while battling my addiction, and am now living proof that change is real and possible.  I am currently happy to be employed with The h3 Project as an Outreach and Harm Reduction Specialist where myself and my lived experience is valued.
